Dale's Jewelers repaired and restored my antique wedding ring that another jewler in another area ruined. I will no longer go to another Jeweler. The cost for the restoration and two small diamonds was very reasonable. They are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!

I keep coming back to them to get my jewelry worked on. I had a diamond come off my ring and they put it back in place and built up the prongs so it wouldn't happen again (it looks like it was original to the ring and not added on). When I gained weight they resized it and fixed the band when it broke. I recommend them without hesitation to my family. I really love that they keep all the work in-house.

I had to have my wedding ring cut off due to my hands swelling. I also needed it resized and fixed since the band broke in two places. I took it to two other Jewlers in town, they told me it would be a hard fix and quoted me more than double of what Dale's did. Not only did Dale's surpass my expectations the fix was very reasonably priced. They also have a great customer service and the fix took only a few days to complete. Very satisfied and will be only using Dale's in the future.

I went in to get my ring resized and they were so kind! She helped me figure out exactly what size to go down to and I felt confident in her suggestions. The turnaround time was quick which made it even better!

I couldn't find the specific earrings I wanted so I worked with Genie to get them designed and made. Once they were ready, I tried them on and found that while they were exactly what I had asked for, I didn't love them. Doug talked me through some options, then went back to his workbench and made some tweaks. The earrings ended up being ABSOLUTELY PERFECT and he was incredibly kind and patient throughout our interactions. Genie and the other associates were super pleasant as well. I would recommend Dale's to anyone who wants some personalization to their jewelry buying experience.
