1. Shipping Carrier & Tracking: All shipments are dispatched exclusively via FedEx. Once your order has been packaged and prepared for transport, a unique tracking number will be issued directly to the email address provided at checkout.
2. Handling & Processing Time: Standard online orders require a processing and quality check window of exactly two (2) business days prior to being released to the carrier. For custom modifications or custom collections, additional handling parameters apply as agreed upon at purchase.
3. Shipping Restrictions: We ship strictly within the United States. Due to the high value of our merchandise and carrier insurance mandates, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes under any circumstances. All orders must be addressed to a valid physical residence or commercial location.
4. Mandatory Adult Signature Requirement: To prevent transit fraud and unauthorized delivery drops, all shipments require a physical, adult signature upon delivery. FedEx is legally barred from leaving packages unattended on doorsteps or porches. If an adult is unavailable to sign, the carrier will hold the item securely at a local depot for customer pickup with a valid government ID.
