Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Dale's Jewelers is committed to providing an exceptional luxury shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept retail merchandise returns and exchanges within a rigorous safety framework.

  1. 30-Day Return Window: Eligible items may be returned for a full refund or exchange within thirty (30) calendar days from the official carrier delivery date.
  2. Strict Quality & Condition Requirements: To qualify for an approved refund, the item must be in its original, unworn, and unaltered condition. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all inner boxes, protective pouches, security tags, and any accompanying diamond or gemstone grading certifications (such as GIA certificates). Items showing signs of wear, microscopic scratches, or modifications will be sent back to the client and will not be eligible for credit.
  3. Excluded Merchandise (Non-Refundable): Custom designs—including our signature Stewart Douglas Collection—as well as any items subjected to third-party or in-house modifications (such as ring resizing, engraving, or metal treatments) are strictly non-refundable and excluded from exchange policies.
  4. Return Shipping Responsibility: The client is responsible for all costs associated with shipping items back to our facility. For security purposes, the customer is strictly required to ship the package via a secure carrier and purchase full transit insurance covering the exact retail value of the jewelry piece. Dale's Jewelers is not responsible for any items lost, stolen, or damaged during return transit.
